I’m a full-time entrepreneur, meditation teacher and educator whose mission is to help people like you dream big and create the life you want.

My sleep improved and I overhauled my diet and health to become the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been at 38 with more energy than I had in my 20s. And most importantly I’ve been able to create a life that excites me and allows me to fulfil my potential.
