Before I started meditating I spent years being stressed, unhappy and making poor choices.
But when I meditated, I became calmer and less stressed.
I became happier because I wasn’t reacting to every little problem or negative thought in my head.
I became more focused and made better decisions, improving the quality of my work and the choices I made in my personal life.
What meditation gave me when I practiced month after month, year after year, was the power to be in control of my mind, my decisions and my life.
